Nickelodeon has announced their lineup at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, and it looks like The Legend of Korra will be the centerpiece of the network’s events.

Get pumped, Avatar fans! Nickelodeon has confirmed today that The Legend of Korra will in fact have a panel at the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con.

The panel for The Legend of Korra will take place on July 19 at 11:15, and will be hosted in Ballroom 20 – one of the highest-capacity rooms in the convention center. None of the panelists have been announced yet, but presumably the show’s co-creators and cast will attend, as they did last year.

It is also possible that more news about Korra at Comic-Con may be coming soon. Co-creator Bryan Konietzko wrote on his Tumblr that “we have a lot planned over more than one day,” so presumably the panel will not be The Legend of Korra‘s only display at the convention. (An Avatar fan panel has also been scheduled for Saturday.)

Along with the details of the Legend of Korra panel, Nickelodeon also announced what they are calling an “interactive book” to be released on July 2. Available for download from the iBook Store, The Legend of Korra: Enhanced Experience will give readers an in-depth look at the series, including concept art, animatics, and sneak peeks at season 2. A preview glimpse of the book has been released by The Hollywood Reporter.

Be sure to check out the rest of Hypable’s San Diego Comic-Con coverage as the convention of the year draws closer! (Unfortunately, we haven’t figured out how to time-bend yet.)
