The Killers have premiered the lead single off their upcoming fourth studio album, Battle Born. Listen as the band evokes an 80s rock sound in “Runaways”!
Frontman Brandon Flowers explained the album title during a radio interview.
“In a sense, all Americans are battle born. Our ancestors came here for something better.”
Other songs on the album will reportedly include: “Miss Atomic Bomb,” “Heart of a Girl,” “Flesh and Bone,” “Carry Me Home,” “Here With Me,” “The Rising Tide” and “Battle Born.”
Battle Born will be release in the U.S. on Sept. 18. The U.K. will get it a day early on Sept. 17.
