A remake of the series is already in the works at MTV, but it has now been revealed that a Hollywood studio is also looking to produce a new movie version of the hit British comedy.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Paramount have signed up Inbetweeners co-creator Iain Morris to write the movie. No title has been revealed yet, nor is there any indication whether the film will star the original British cast, the new American cast or a completely new set of actors.
