The Capitol’s Tumblr site CapitolCouture.pn (promising tips of District fashion) has finally launched with a quick animated GIF of Effie showing Katniss, Peeta, and Haymitch through the Training Center in The Hunger Games film!

You can watch the GIF below. It’s obviously a shot from the movie (and are we getting ahead of ourselves or do we see Haymitch *stumbling* behind Effie, Katniss, and Peeta?):

Though the true purpose of Capitol Couture is still unclear, it seems to be a hub to show off District fashion from the film. Another great social media idea from Lionsgate!
