A new The Host trailer will arrive in theaters with The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, it was confirmed today.

The information was revealed via a hash-tastic tweet from Access Hollywood’s movie critic Scott Mantz:

The teaser trailer for The Host debuted way back in March and featured fans who had won a Facebook contest.

There’s no running time or information on what we can expect in this trailer, but we’re hoping it’ll reveal a boatload of footage from the film. In July footage was screened by Stephenie Meyer at Comic-Con San Diego. In one part of the preview, “The scene turns to a series of flashbacks with, in each shot, much of the frame blurred. Ronan explains that the girl was named Melanie Stryder and that she managed to escape the early wave of attacks on Earth. We see a home in Louisiana where Melanie’s father kills himself rather than let his body be taken by men in all-white suits with white ties.”

The recap of the footage continued, “When the alien in her body reveals that she has a brother, Melanie’s personality fights back in her head, furious that her own mind is being used against her.”

We’re not sure if this same footage will be included in the trailer, but we do know the studio feels comfortable presenting these specific scenes to an audience.

The Host will be released in theaters March 29, 2013. It stars Diane Kruger as The Seeker, Saoirse Ronan as Melanie, William Hurt as Jeb Stryder, Max Irons as Jared Howe, and Jake Abel as Ian O’Shea. It is written by Andrew Niccol who also wrote the screenplay.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 will be in theaters November 16, so expect the trailer online that week or the next.
