Get ready to return to the baking tent— Netflix has just announced when you can expect to see The Great British Baking Show return with new episodes!
Fans of The Great British Baking Show won’t have to wait much longer before they can sink their teeth into brand new episodes of the series.
On Wednesday (September 8), Netflix officially announced that new episodes of the hit British reality competition series would officially start airing on Friday, September 24.
Word of new episodes on Netflix comes as the series (titled The Great British Bake Off across the pond) took to socials to reveal that an all new season is set to kick off in the UK on Tuesday, September 21st at 8 p.m. on Channel 4.

As with last year’s season, American viewers can look forward to streaming each week’s episode a couple of days later via Netflix, where new episodes will drop every Friday following the season premiere on September 24.
The long running cooking competition series follows a group of amateur bakers as they compete against each other in a series of challenges, attempting to impress judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith with their baking skills.
Also on board to to return this year are Noel Fielding and Matt Lucas, who will once again serve as hosts on the show.
One contestant is eliminated each week, and the winner is selected from the contestants who reach the finals.
The Great British Baking Show premieres via Netflix on Friday, September 24.
