The Flash season 2, episode 7, “Gorilla Warfare,” airs tonight, featuring the return of Gorilla Grodd.

After Dr. Light escaped S.T.A.R. Labs, Barry got the idea to ask Linda to pretend to be Dr. Light in order to lure Zoom to Earth-1. Linda agreed, and after an amusing training montage, Barry and Linda faked a fight with “Dr. Light” defeating The Flash.
However, Zoom knew it was a ruse and didn’t come. Instead, he arrived in town later and kidnapped Linda to lure The Flash out. When the two speedsters faced off, Zoom beat Barry bloody and dragged his unconscious body around town, showing off his defeat. When Barry later came to, he couldn’t feel his legs.
Meanwhile, Cisco vibed off of Harrison Wells and learned that Zoom is holding his daughter hostage.
