The Flash‘s season 1 finale, “Fast Enough,” airs tonight, as Barry faces off against the Reverse Flash.

Previously

Harrison Wells began his final endgame by activating the particle accelerator; the S.T.A.R. Labs team realized that must mean he’s been inside the lab all along and eventually discovered Eddie beneath the lab. Realizing that the particle accelerator activating would kill the metahumans within, Barry made arrangements to have them moved to the A.R.G.U.S. prison on Lian Yu. For insurance against the metahumans overtaking him, Barry went to Leonard Snart for help. He agreed, and the transfer via metahuman-shielded truck began.

However, Snart and his sister, Lisa, sabotaged the truck and let the metahumans loose (though killed Deathbolt). Snart didn’t kill Barry, though, saying that both the metahumans and Barry now owed him one. The team returned to S.T.A.R. Labs, only to find Harrison Wells approaching the lab. Barry went out to face him and was soon joined by Firestorm and the Arrow. The trio was able to defeat Wells and lock him back in the pipeline.
