The Dark Knight trilogy Blu-ray collector’s set release date has now been officially announced and we have a look at the collector’s set box art.

Warner Bros. has announced that The Dark Knight trilogy ultimate collector’s set release date is September 24. The box art was leaked last week, and now we have an official press release from the studio.

Fans were most likely well aware that despite The Dark Knight box set that was released last December, along with The Dark Knight Rises’ DVD/Blu-ray, that at some point we’d be seeing the release of an ultimate collector’s edition.

The ultimate collector’s edition box art also has images of some interesting miniature versions of the three most popular vehicles from each film, villain-esq packaging, booklets, and nine total discs of additional features and film content. The collector’s edition will cost $99.
