A “trusted source” has given SuperHeroHype a confirmation that the long-awaited teaser trailer to ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ will hit theaters sooner than you might think.

Fans of our favorite boy wizard will have more to look forward to in the wee hours of July 15th.

That’s right, although the internet has been ablaze with this rumor for some time (and it just seemed to good to be true), our first real glimpse of The Dark Knight Rises has been set to premiere before Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows- Part 2.

The trailer is reportedly one minute and 33 seconds long and will play in 2D theaters as well as 3D and IMAX 3D theaters. Alongside it will also be the teaser trailers for Sherlock Holmes: Game Of Shadows and Happy Feet Two.

The poster for the coming movie is expected to arrive on the same day, although it is unclear when either will hit the internet (although we’re sure the internet will find a way).

So what do you think? Has this news made you even more excited for the first few minutes of July 15th?
