Freeform has finally clued us in on when we can expect to see new episodes of The Bold Type and Famous in Love hit our television screens!
Last summer, Freeform introduced us to a fresh new series called The Bold Type and it’s safe to say it didn’t take long for us to fall in love with the women of the fictitious Scarlet Magazine.
Despite the overnight success of the new series, the network kept us in the dark in regards to whether or not the show would return for a second season.
Since officially giving The Bold Type season 2 the green light in October, the one thing we’ve been dying to know is when we can expect new episodes to start airing. Now it looks like we’ve finally got our answer!
According to TV Line, Freeform revealed at this year’s first-ever Freeform Summit in Hollywood on January 18 that The Bold Type season 2 will officially premiere on Tuesday, June 12.
In addition to sharing the season 2 premiere date, we also learned that actors Nikohlc Boosheri and Stephen Conrad have both been promoted to series regulars. We’re sure their promotion will come as good news to fans who just can’t get enough of Kat’s activist/artist love interest, Adena, and Sutton’s boss, Oliver.
In addition to the big Bold Type announcement, Freeform also dished out some great news for fans itching for more Famous In Love.
The drama, which stars Bella Thorne, is set to return for season 2 with a two-hour season premiere on Wednesday, April 4.
