The Big Bang Theory season 7, episode 23 airs tonight on CBS! Check out a new sneak peek, and everything else you need to know about “The Gorilla Dissolution.”

Relationships are bound to get hairy tonight, when The Big Bang Theory season 7, episode 23 airs at 8:00 p.m. The episode, titled “The Gorilla Dissolution,” will bring Penny’s percolating Serial Apist II plot line to a serious boil – and someone might just get burned.

On last week’s episode of The Big Bang Theory, Sheldon mourned the passing of Professor Proton through Jedi-style dreams as Howard and Raj celebrated Star Wars Day. Penny and Leonard shared their insecurities at the Professor’s funeral, but the subject of regrets and marriage led to an uncomfortable incident score-settling.

The official synopsis for The Big Bang Theory season 7, episode 23 indicates that said score-settling will not be far from Penny’s mind this week.

A bad day causes Penny to reevaluate her life choices – including Leonard. Meanwhile, Howard and Bernadette struggle to care for Mrs. Wolowitz, and Raj gets relationship advice from Sheldon.

The preview for “The Gorilla Dissolution” offers a cringe-worthy look at why Penny may be reaching the end of her gorilla tether, and teases the suggested relationship counseling shockingly offered by Sheldon to the ever-hapless Raj.

Still, a new sneak peek from “The Gorilla Dissolution” suggests that Penny’s attitude toward her humiliating work will at least start out positive.

Sheldon always does pick up on what’s important, doesn’t he?

Still photos from The Big Bang Theory season 7, episode 23 show us that, also picked up in this episode, are the prospects of the previously pathetic Wil Wheaton. In addition, Raj gets a potentially unhappy surprise while at the movies – and it’s not “bridge-of-nose herpes.”

Oh yeah, and Bernadette and Howard will be around as well.

The Big Bang Theory season 7, episode 23, “The Gorilla Dissolution,” airs tonight at 8:00 p.m. on CBS.
