A new preview has been released for this week’s episode of The Big Bang Theory, hinting at tension between “besties,” and escalating hostilities for other members of the geeky gang. Mild spoilers ahead!

CBS has put out a preview for “The Parking Spot Escalation,” which will air Nov. 29. The promo (shared with an upcoming episode of Two And A Half Men) shows several of our herpy-derpy heroes engaged in physical and psychological wrestling matches, the likes of which have rarely been seen on The Big Bang Theory. Check out the new clip below!

The fact that Sheldon and Howard are at odds is not surprising, given what we’ve gleaned from recent promo photos, but the, er, emphatic extent of Amy and Bernadette’s involvement is certainly a bit of a jolt. As yet, the two have never been strongly at-odds on The Big Bang Theory. “That was a really fun one to shoot,” Mayim Bialik told Entertainment Weekly. “There was a lot of back and forth in a way we haven’t seen before. It was fun to have a girl fight.”

CBS’s official summary for “The Parking Lot Escalation” makes only oblique mention of flailing friendships, but intra-gang conflict definitely appears to be a theme:

When the University reassigns Sheldon’s parking spot to Wolowitz, their fight affects the whole gang.

And life doesn’t seem to be getting much friendlier for Wolowitz, as next week brings “The Fish Guts Displacement” on The Big Bang Theory. CBS says:

Sheldon tries to nurse a sick Amy back to health, while Wolowitz prepares for an upcoming fishing trip with his father-in-law.

Casey Sander and Meagen Fay will appear as Mr. and Mrs. Rostenkowski respectively.
