A new promo and sneak peek have been released for tomorrow night’s episode of The Big Bang Theory, previewing conflict of the mind and the body as geeky friendships flail. Mild spoilers ahead.
CBS has shared a new preview and a small snippet from “The Parking Spot Escalation.” Check out both videos below!

It looks like tug-of-war tensions really are rising on The Big Bang Theory, and not just between Sheldon and Howard. These stills from “The Parking Spot Escalation” indicate that Amy Farrah Fowler will jump into the fray as well to defend Sheldon’s claim to that titular parking spot, and another short preview implies that Bernadette may be suffering Howard’s consequences.
But honestly what we’re really most intrigued to discover is why Sheldon (who famously refuses to provide his own vehicular transportation) needs that parking spot in the first place. Is it a matter of pride? A question of spite? A dislike for large, shiny, four-wheeled objects? CBS’ official description gives no indication:
When the University reassigns Sheldon’s parking spot to Wolowitz, their fight affects the whole gang.
Hopefully nobody (and nobody’s Iron Man helmet) will suffer any lasting damage from the pavement melee.
The Big Bang Theory will be back next week with “The Fish Guts Displacement”:
Sheldon tries to nurse a sick Amy back to health, while Wolowitz prepares for an upcoming fishing trip with his father-in-law.
