Tonight the remaining five teams continue to race in Malta on The Amazing Race season 25, episode 9, “You’re Taking My Tan off,” at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
On the last episode of The Amazing Race the teams headed to the Island of Malta. In the Route Marker, the teams had to carry a tray of drinks up the Staircase of St. Ursula to the Knights of Malta. None of them were very good at it and there was a lot of glass dropping.
They then had to wait until the next morning to rappel down 200ft for the clue to the next challenge. The cyclists were able to gain a lead but chose the wrong detour and couldn’t manage to grab the flags at the end of a greasy pole.
Everyone ended up at the armor shine detour where the dentists finished first, closely followed by the cyclists. But what they didn’t know was that Adam and Bethany had used their express pass and got to the pit stop before anyone else. Tim and Te Jay ran out of luck and were eliminated from the race.
