Tonight The Amazing Race season 27 kicks off Venice beach and the teams race to Rio de Janeiro!
The Amazing Race is back tonight with all new teams! And unlike the past season where we saw complete strangers racing together, these teams all have pre-existing relationships. The teams will begin in Venice Beach, California and travel to their first destination in Rio de Janeiro.
A few of the teams included this year include former New York Jets cheerleaders, dancing brothers, TMZ reporters, and an engaged couple whose The Amazing Race themed marriage proposal was an internet sensation. You can take a look at a complete list of the teams here!
The synopsis for ‘The Amazing Race’ 27×01 ‘A Little Too Much Beefcake’ is:
“Eleven new teams take off on the journey of a lifetime from Venice Beach, Calif. and head for Rio de Janeiro, where teams take a thrilling helicopter ride and face a huge decision at the Fast Forward, on the season premiere of ‘The Amazing Race’, on the CBS Television Network.
