The Amazing Race 27×06, “My Tongue Doesn’t Even Twist That Way,” just finished airing! Read our recap to find out which team got eliminated.
Road Block
Denise and James Earl kick off the race this morning and have to bungee jump 364 feet off the Victoria Falls Bridge in Zimbabwe to record their heart rate. The first clue tells them to fly to Paris, France, and all the teams are able to catch up to one another and take the same flight.
At the second Road Block the teams have to fly in the open cockpit of a vintage bi-plane and search the French countryside for the motto of the French Republic. The team member that did not do the first Road Block has to do the second. Justin and Diana are the first to arrive and Justin hops in the plane. Only Logan doesn’t see the full motto and has to do the flight twice.
Detour
In “Drop the Mic” the teams have to perform a a rap song by French Congolese Rap Artist, Passi. In “Bust a Crab” the teams have to prepare an elaborate seafood dish and present it to a panel of French Chefs at the world famous La Coupole restaurant.
Justin and Diana are the first to get to the Detours but then argue about which one they should be doing. They end up at “Drop the Mic,” but Diana has a hard time with it. After a couple of tries they finally get the next clue. Meanwhile, Denise and James Earl get lost in the city as Logan and Chris start to catch up.
Pit Stop
Justin and Diana arrive at The Arc De Triomphe first and find out they have to start the next leg of the race right away.
