The first trailer for The 100 season 4 has finally arrived. It’s one hell of a first look at a very promising season ahead. Is it February yet?

The long wait for information regarding The 100 season 4 is finally over. The wait certainly seems worth it now, if you ask me. The last time we saw Kane, Bellamy, Octavia, and the rest, Clarke had just returned from her trip to the City of Light, Octavia had just eliminated Pike once and for all, and everyone on the Ground had a whole new problem they don’t even know they were facing. That new problem? Oh, yeah, nuclear reactors all over the Earth have begun melting down.

How will Clarke and her allies fare against this seemingly insurmountable threat? Is there a way to fight it? Could we see Skaikru and the other Grounder clans preparing for a second apocalypse? These are just a few of the questions we hope to get some answers to in this trailer, and in all the promo materials to come. Less than two months remain until The 100 season 4 premieres, and we will be anxiously counting down the weeks, days, hours, and minutes until the big day arrives.

“The end is coming.” It’s a hell of a way to start off the season 4 trailer, but it certainly sets the tone for the rest of the video, which shows us a fair amount of footage. The group is trying to find shelter before the radiation hits them, and as usual, they must fight their own demons (and each other) in order to survive.

But Clarke doesn’t want them to just survive — she wants them to thrive.

If this trailer just isn’t enough to quench your thirst for all things The 100, make sure to check out our coverage from San Diego Comic Con, which includes some very interesting details about what we might expect to see.
