The first trailer for Kevin Williamson’s new fairy tale psychological thriller is here.
These definitely aren’t the versions of Three Little Pigs, Little Red Riding Hood, and Hansel and Gretel that we’re used to seeing! The first trailer for Tell Me A Story shows a much darker take on these fairy tales that have shaped childhoods for years.

The new series, which has been created by Kevin Williamson (The Vampire Diaries, Dawson’s Creek) and stars Paul Wesley (The Vampire Diaries) and Danielle Campbell (The Originals) will take popular fairy tales and set them in modern day New York.
From the first trailer, it’s obviously going to go a much darker route than we’re used to. We see Little Red meeting her “wolf” in a dance, we witness the little pigs being enticed into a heist, and we see Hansel and Gretel getting into way more drama than the trail of candy offered.
