Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po. The Teletubbies are returning to television over ten years since the last episodes were produced.

The BBC announced Friday that The Teletubbies will be making a comeback thanks to 60 new episodes of the series.

According to their announcement, “The series will be filmed on a replica set – instead of its original location in Warwickshire – and ‘enhanced by CGI’ to give it a more ‘contemporary look’.”

“I think that now is the right time to create new episodes of this much-loved, iconic show for the current CBeebies audience,” Kay Benbow, controller of the BBC’s CBeebies, said in a statement.

She added, “early development and test shoots have persuaded me that CBeebies viewers are in for a wonderful treat.”

The new episodes of Teletubbies are currently only set to air in the United Kingdom (the premiere date hasn’t been announced), but we wouldn’t be surprised if they appeared overseas too.

365 episodes of The Teletubbies were filmed during its initial run in the late 1990s through 2001. As you know, the series became a global phenomenon, appearing on television channels throughout the world (including on PBS in the United States).

And because we know you want to hear it now…

Earlier this week we learned that Netflix will be resurrecting The Magic School Bus. It’s been a big week for 90s kids.
