The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles sequel is heading into production, and rumor has it the title will be Half Shell.

Basketball player J.J. Redick may have just given away the TMNT sequel title: speaking to Zach Lowe on a Grantland podcast, Redick referred to the next movie as Half Shell.

Redick, who currently plays for the Los Angeles Clippers, is one of a number of basketball stars who will be appearing in the movie. He says on the podcast, “Myself, Austin Rivers, Matt Barnes, Spencer Hawes, and DeAndre Jordan … later this afternoon, the five of us, along with five Knicks players are going to be back at MSG and we’re going to be filming a scene for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles sequel, Half Shell.”

It seems probable that this will in fact end up being the title, as they’re getting ready to head into production.
