Today, Teen Wolf executive producer Jeff Davis sat down on Tumblr to answer another round of questions from fans about the show. Here’s a recap!

Well, it’s on my IMDB page but it’s June 13th 1975. Oh my God, I’m almost 38. And, interesting fact, my twin and I were born on Friday the 13th.
@notanotherteenwolfpodcast: Is it hard for you to kill off characters, or do you look at it as being the best thing for the story?
It’s difficult, but if the story demands it then we have to. Killing off Victoria was a very hard decision. But the effect it had on Allison and Argent was too good for the drama to not let it happen.
@heeeymelli: Which celebrity would you love to have as a guest star on Teen Wolf?
Patrick Stewart.

I love him like family. And that’s actually quite true. He is one of the finest actors and coolest kids I’ve known.
@kaihire: How is it humanly possible to look at Keahu’s dimples and not melt into a pile of goo? Do you need special glasses? Protective lenses?
Keahu’s dimples are blinding. It’s a little like staring into the sun.
@kaihire: It totally looks like Posey would give the most amazing hugs. True/false?
Posey’s hugs are legendary. He always give me a huge hello at the start of every day.
All about season 3:
@jamiesugah: Will Lydia’s immunity be important in season 3?
Not at the moment.
@jagonzalezv: I know you probably get a lot of Sterek questions and might not even answer this ask. My question is about Sterek, but more about will they ever become friends? Start trusting each other, be acquaintances, keep saving each other from danger?
They become definite allies this season. There are many changes in store for Derek.
@kaihire: Does anything special have to go into a werewolf getting a tattoo to override their healing process? How about piercings? Are we overthinking this? We’re totally overthinking this, aren’t we.
This question is answered in the first episode of season 3.
@derpwolves: Is there a title for episode 3×05? All the episodes up to 8 have had the titled released but that one. Also: you’re the best Jeff, pls.

They will indeed cross paths. In ways that deeply affect the story.
@leisaaclahey: Could you say something about Boyd’s and Isaac’s role in the next season?
Both Boyd and Isaac face very difficult challenges. Especially in their allegiance to Derek.
@loafingjohn: Just wanna say that I love you Jeff and I hope to someday meet you and the cast of Teen Wolf… :) Too bad I live in Canada… Anyway my question is: Will we ever learn more about Scott’s father? Love you!
Yes, expect to learn about him later in the season.

Yes, very much. He is not replacing Stiles. No one can replace Stiles!
@arianrhod5: will we know more about Peter’s past in the flashback episode?
Yes indeed! And it is a very dark past.
@nothinglefttomissanymore: Will there be completely new opening credits for the new season?
They will be a little different yes.

Here’s my question, is Peter going to find out about Derek’s implication on the arson? Also what’s your favorite book? And do you like comics? And what other tv shows do you like? He knows. Peter always knows. And yes, I grew up on comics. My favorite shows right now are Walking Dead and Breaking Bad.
Future seasons and speculation:
@arianrhod5: Derek will be transformed into a full alpha wolf shape?
When we can afford that level of CGI maybe. How about when we do the Teen Wolf movie?
@larry-hystereks: Is there ever a chance for a Teen Wolf Musical episode?
Unlikely at the moment. Buffy did it far too well.
@silentframe: Will you be introducing any other mythical creatures in this season or any other seasons?
Let’s just say we’re very interested in perusing the pages of the Bestiary.
@the-loveme-project: Does Danny’s last name really mean something to do with the moon? Has this been a spoiler from the start?
Yes it does.
@arianrhod5: Will be there somebody who get the bite in this season? A new werewolf in this way?
Yes. But not in the way you might expect.
@eyesarmslove: Does Boyd have sisters? I feel like he’d come from a family of women…

What it all means:
What was that he said? A Teen Wolf movie? Be still our hearts! Though obviously said in jest, we can’t get the idea out of our heads now. Wouldn’t you love a follow-up movie after the final season of the show? Although, hopefully that won’t be for many, many seasons to come.
Oh, and let us just state here and now: we’d be so on board for a musical episode. We have a feeling Uncle Peter would rock that one. Davis said he was an excellent dancer after all…
In all seriousness, though, we did get two bits of extremely interesting information. The first is that Danny’s last name (Mahealani) does indeed have something to do with the moon. Davis was a little evasive when it came to answering the question about it being a spoiler, which makes us think it’s a significant detail. Could Danny be something more than we think? Could he be the one to be bitten this season? Is he destined to become a werewolf, or does he have some werewolf ancestors?
Secondly, we learned that Boyd did have sisters. The question here (other than the obvious, what happened to them?) is when did they die? Did it happen while he was away or before he was turned into a werewolf? Were they murdered or was it accidental? Perhaps Boyd’s past was more traumatic than previously believed!
