It’s basically been confirmed that someone is going to die on Teen Wolf tonight, and it’s left us wondering who. Here’s our list of five plausible deaths that might occur.

It’s Teen Wolf Takeover month on Hypable.com, and today we have an analysis of who we think might die and why. Read all of our TWT articles here and submit your own!

The team over at the Teen Wolf tumblr isn’t shy about making us quiver with fear, and they’ve let it be known that a character is going to die tonight.

We’ve decided to take a stab at who we think will perish, but only for the more plausible characters. It’s not Teen Wolf without Stiles, Scott, or Derek, so presumably they would be safe. And if they’re not, well, MTV will have an uproar to deal with! Check out our picks for the Grim Reaper’s next victims, listed in no specific order.

Lydia Martin

Plausibility: Stiles has already alluded to the possibility that Lydia is working for a darker force without her knowledge, so the idea of said force murdering her or using her so much that it kills her isn’t too far off. Her death could be the catapult that puts Stiles into overdrive and makes him even more of a crime-solving machine than he has already become.

The impact: It would be a travesty if Lydia were to die, not only because of her connection with Allison and Stiles, but also because she’s an amazingly useful person to have around when it comes to strange things happening. If it weren’t for Lydia, circumstances in last Monday’s “Motel California” episode might have gone unnoticed, and we may have lost a character or two in addition to tonight’s episode!

Allison Argent

Plausibility: Allison, though amazing and kickass in so many ways, is someone the writers can choose to kill simply for shock value and plot development. Her death could be at the hands of anyone on Deucalion’s force seeking revenge or wanting to weaken Scott. It wouldn’t too random either, since she’s been coming to the werewolf battles so often that Deucalion might kill her in one of her attempts to save her friends.

Impact: Allison has clearly been a staple in the fights against the werewolves, sneaking onto the scene and firing her arrows towards her enemies. If she were to join her aunt and mother, our favorite teen wolves would have one less offense against their many enemies, and the fight to defend Beacon Hills would be that much harder.

And let’s not forget the impact it’ll have on her poor father, Chris! The man just found out Deucalion bit his uncle, sentencing him to a suicide a la the Argent “code of honor.” If Chris were to lose his daughter to the pack as well, it could kick off a plethora of revenge plans that may possibly include Gerard, given that we’ve just been re-introduced to him last week.

Isaac Lahey

Plausibility: While he’s one of our favorite characters, Isaac is more expendable than we’d like him to be. While Derek, Scott, and Stiles all have connections to each other and have formed relationships with each other, Isaac has kind of been a lone wolf.

Of course, he’s their friend and part of the team, but none of his connections to the characters are detailed or developed enough that he has to stay. He’s a beloved character with no real attachments, which makes him the perfect pick for a death to bring shock value and legitimate “omg if he dies who’s next?” worry to the show.

Impact: Isaac, like Allison, has been key in the fights against Deucalion’s pack. We’ve all seen him fight and kick ass, so his death would be something our favorite pack might not be able to afford. He’s also a good friend to Scott, Derek, Allison, Boyd, and Stiles, which means that they’d all lose a resource that they can easily rely upon as both a friend and a fighter.

Plus, if adding more members to a pack makes it stronger, it’s just assumed that taking away people will make it weaker, and our favorite werewolves would be that much more unprepared if a fight were to happen after Isaac’s death.

Danny Mahealani

Plausibility: Humans on this show just have a dangerously real chance of getting offed by all these supernatural beings, and because Danny’s so close with not only Scott and Stiles but also a member of the opposing team, Ethan, we can totally imagine him being caught in the crossfire.

Imapct: While you may think this is the least impactful death on this list, don’t let it fool you. Losing Danny could still mean a lot! We can totally see Scott or Stiles blaming themselves for not letting him know the truth about who they are and who he was dating, making them less emotionally stable than normal and leaving them open for attack.

There’s also the possibility of Ethan going rogue or switching sides, because if Deucalion were to murder Danny, then Ethan’s alliance may be put into question. Our pack will either have an addition to help them kill their enemy or a lone wolf who’s seeking emotional revenge, which is always dangerous.

Sheriff Stilinski

Plausibility: Papa Stilinski is the friggin’ sheriff, caught up in the middle of all this supernatural business with no idea what’s truly happening. While he’s starting to get the idea that it’s something more than meets the eye, we worry that before he gets a chance to find out the truth he’ll be murdered by Deucalion or the Darach to keep him quiet. The worst thing would be if Sheriff Stilinski just found out what’s been going on but dies before he gets a chance to tell Stiles he knows. Tears everywhere.

Impact: One word: Stiles. Losing his father to all of the drama that’s been happening around him would absolutely devastate the poor kid, especially considering Stiles has been working so hard to figure it out before it hurts the people he cares about. This would be the one event that could turn Stiles from the sardonic, sarcastic jokester to a hardened soul with more of his energy focused on dealing with the situation than making people laugh about it.

We have no doubt that he’d still be our comic relief, but his father’s death could change his comedy and his personality to a darker shade, and it would be some character development that would knock our socks off while also emptying our tissue boxes.

Who do you think will bite the dust on tonight’s episode of ‘Teen Wolf’?
