With all of the recent casting notices, Teen Wolf season 3, part 2 is quickly becoming packed with new faces, and you can meet each one of them here!

There have been plenty of new actors added to Teen Wolf as of late, and it’s beginning to get a little hard to remember who is playing who. Lucky for you, we’ve done all the leg work!

Below, you can find a list of the newest characters and what information we know about them so far. Keep this reference handy while you tune into the winter season of Teen Wolf on January 6, which is just two weeks away!

Arden Cho as Kira Yukimura

What we know: Kira, a Japanese/Korean/American transfer student, is the biggest new character to join the cast of Teen Wolf. She’s there to blend in, hoping to make new friends and avoid being embarrassed by her father, who’s a new teacher at Beacon Hills. Once she meets Scott and the others, however, things start to take a turn — for better or for worse, we’re not sure yet. And, apparently, she may find out she has more of a connection to the Californian town than she initially thought. Oh, and she may or may not have a thing with Scott this year…

What we think: Nothing has been confirmed yet, but a lot of fans think Kira could be the Kitsune that everyone has been talking about recently. From the trailer alone, we at least know she’s aware of the myth, as she’s seen explaining it to someone else. If she is the Kitsune, we better keep an eye on her, as they are known to be trickster spirits. Kira might not end up being as straightforward a character as we initially thought.

Ryan Kelley as Deputy Parrish

What we know: Deputy Parrish is a bit of an enigma at the moment, but he’s been described as “pretty young and very good looking.” Well, he wouldn’t be on Teen Wolf if he was anything else, now would he? His role in the winter season will be to help Sheriff Stilinski unravel the supernatural mysteries of the town. Ominously, he’ll then become “part of the mystery himself.” Uh oh!

What we think: Deputy Parrish seems like an all-around good guy from what we know so far. We don’t think he’s got anything sinister up his sleeves, but that doesn’t mean something sinister won’t be happening to him instead. The last deputy didn’t make it all the way through the last 12 episodes, so Parrish better sleep with one eye open. We’re not sure if he’ll end up becoming part of the mystery because he’ll be killed or because he’ll be turned (into a werewolf or maybe something else), but we kind of hope it’ll be the latter!

Doug Jones as William Barrow

What we know: William Barrow is a known killer, and he’s been described as a mass murderer. Who knows why he’s in Beacon Hills, but considering the Nemeton is calling to all the crazies to the world, it isn’t that much of a surprise he’s popping up. Doug Jones is known for playing some of the creepiest characters ever to make their way to the screen, so expect to be watching his episodes with all the lights on.

What we think: Barrow may or may not be a supernatural creature, but we definitely think something funky is going on with him regardless. In the trailer, we see him on the operating table with a large hole in his chest. He then jerks upward as if he’s being shocked, and in the next scene he’s gone. Scott’s father also says that he’s being controlled by someone else, which makes him even more dangerous. Perhaps the puppet master will be the one with the powers, and Barrow will just be the marionette.

Tom Choi as Mr. Yukimura

What we know: We don’t know much about Mr. Yukimura at the moment, but he is Kira’s father and he is the new history teacher at Beacon Hills. We’ve been told he’s important, but other than that…we’re pretty much in the dark about him.

What we think: Considering he’s Kira’s father, we think he’s wrapped up in this Kitsune myth as well. He probably knows more than Kira does, and maybe he’s keeping her in the dark in order to protect her. We also think he could be related the old man we saw in the trailer. Could this be his father, Kira’s grandfather? Perhaps they had a falling out, much like Chris Argent had with his father, Gerard. At the moment, we don’t think Mr. Yukimura is anything to worry about, but considering this is Teen Wolf, that could change pretty quickly.

Shelley Hennig in a Top Secret Role

What we know: Nothing. No, seriously. We know nothing.

What we think: There are a lot of rumors going around about Hennig’s character at the moment. Considering Hennig’s age, it’s possible she could be playing a new character called Meredith, who is a student at Beacon Hills. Meredith is a loner, and the vibe we get from her description is a bit creepy. We won’t be meeting her until nearly the end of the season, so it’s a possibly she could throw a curve ball at one or more characters.

Matt Shively as an Unknown Character

What we know: Nada. Zip. Zilch. Zero.

What we think: Shively could be Hennig’s counterpart. At the same time Meredith was announced, so was another character — Oliver. Oliver is a student, and a quiet one at that. However, he’ll have some important information for one of the main characters. He also won’t be showing up until close to the end of the season, so keep an eye on what his role could mean for the wolf pack as well.

Gina Holden as an Unknown Character

What we know: Nothing. Once again, we’re kept in the dark as Holden’s character is also being billed as top secret.

What we think: Holden is a little bit older than many of the other new actors being cast, so we’re just going to come out and say it: We think she’ll be playing Stiles’ mother. We’ll be learning more about Claudia Stilinski this year, and considering how much fans have been clamoring for information about her, we think it’s safe to say that they’ll be keeping the information about which actress is playing the character on a strictly need-to-know basis.

Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa as an Unknown Character

What we know: The only thing we know about Tagawa’s character is what we’ve seen in the trailer. He’s a bit creepy, and he definitely knows a lot about which supernatural evils could be plaguing Beacon Hills.

What we think: We think the old man is definitely going to play a vital role this season, and it’s not going to be a good one. We see him pull a gun on someone (Chris?) at one point in the trailer, and he’s got a lot of information for someone we’ve only just met. We also suspect he may be the one keeping Derek and Peter hostage, and that’s just not okay with us.

There have been numerous other casting notices and minor character announcements, but these are the ones that have particularly caught our eye. So, tell us…

Which new ‘Teen Wolf’ character are you most looking forward to seeing next year?
