In the extended promo for Teen Wolf season 3, episode 20, “Echo House,” Stiles checks himself into the mental hospital, Eichen House.
The Wrap got the exclusive preview for next week’s episode, and it’s another intense series of clips that balance Stiles trying to keep everyone safe and everyone else trying to figure out how to save him.
Stiles goes with his dad to check himself into Eichen House in order to keep everyone else safe, even though Scott is worried that he can’t protect his best friend while he’s in there. Meanwhile, Derek points out that the destruction is all Stiles’ fault, even if it’s not really him doing it.
How are they going to stop the nogitsune without harming the human it’s possessing?
While he’s in Eichen House, Stiles meets Malia again, though their reunion is less than friendly. She punches Stiles in the face, and we have to wonder how they go from this violent encounter to kissing each other, as we’ve seen in previous promos.
The nogitsune shows up again in his bandaged form, and Allison, Scott, and the others come up with a plan to save Stiles. Scott insists that it’s a bad plan, but Allison points out that they don’t really have any other options.
“Make sure I never get out,” Stiles tells Scott. We then see Stiles struggling against his bonds as he’s tied to a chair, as well as banging against a door. He keeps yelling, “Let me out,” and it isn’t until the end that we hear the nogitsune instead: “Let me in.”
