The promo video for Teen Wolf season 3, episode 15, titled “Galvanize,” gives us our first look at Doug Jones’ terrifying serial killer character.

The video is a short one, but it’s packed with some interesting scenes!

The promo begins with Stiles asking Scott if he likes Kira, and Scott denying it. Meanwhile, Kira is telling someone that she doesn’t want to date.

Then enters dear old dad, who already has a pretty impressive track record of embarrassing Kira. “I invited a guest,” he says, as he opens the door on Scott, who stands there smiling awkwardly. Kira does her best to look enthusiastic, but she doesn’t quite pull it off.

“The Shrapnel Bomber,” someone says, as we see medical staff wheeling a person into the hospital. “Four students dead and a fifth with no legs.” This is our introduction to William Barrow (Doug Jones), the serial killer that will be making his mark on Beacon Hills this season.

Peter pierces Derek with his claws in the back of his neck, presumably to help him retrieve some memories (or is he taking them away?). Meanwhile, Barrow is doing an excellent job being creepy, sparking a live wire on a chain link fence and then hitting Scott over the head with what looks to be a crowbar.

Interspersed is a shot of Lydia screaming, the sheriff and his officers storming an operating room, and Isaac looking quite worried.

Teen Wolf season 3, episode 15, “Galvanize,” will air on January 20 at 10 p.m. on MTV.
