The official Supernatural Facebook page is the place to be lately, as yesterday the page also released nine promo stills from the season premiere, “We Need To Talk About Kevin.”

We also have a thrilling promo that tells us season 8 will start up a year after the season 7 finale as Dean returns from Purgatory and reunites with Sam. Together, the brothers will be working with the teenage prophet Kevin Tran to close the gates of Hell permanently. However, the king of Hell, Crowley, and his demonic minions aren’t going to make it easy for the brothers.

Supernatural season 8 premieres on The CW on Wednesday, October 3 at 9 p.m. ET.
