Supernatural season 9, episode 14 “Captives” airs tonight, as the Winchesters deal with a haunting in the bunker and Castiel is captured.

The Road So Far

Sam has yet to forgive Dean for ignoring his wishes and allowing Gadreel to possess him. In a heart-wrenching conversation, Dean defended his actions while Sam replied that in the same circumstances, he would not have done the same for Dean.

Dean, while on a solo mission, took on the mark of Cain in order to be able to wield the First Blade, the only weapon that can kill a Knight of Hell. However, the blade is at the bottom of the ocean, and Crowley has been looking for it.

Castiel, meanwhile, has been M.I.A. since helping to heal Sam’s lingering damage from the trials.
