The Supernatural production team has released a new trailer for season 11, featuring a new rendition of the folk song “O, Death.”

We’re pretty sure the Supernatural crew has gone rogue to give fans another trailer before season 11 premieres, as this trailer premiered on an unofficial YouTube channel that producer Jim Michaels claimed.

The “rogue” trailer features a new rendition of folk song “O, Death,” a version of which (by Jen Titus) Supernatural first used in season 5 to introduce Death. This new version is set to some epic new footage from Supernatural season 11.

Check out the trailer below:

We see footage of Dean, Sam and Castiel all looking the worse for wear now that The Darkness has been unleashed on the Earth. We also see Crowley dressed up as a priest, as he was in a previous trailer.

“What new hell has Dean Winchester unleashed upon the world?” Rowena asks.

“I know you’re dying. I can feel it,” a woman tells a figure off screen. Is she talking to one of our boys?

We also see a shot of the Winchester brothers eating while driving down the road that we’re guessing comes from “Baby,” the episode that takes place entirely in the Impala.

Other notable footage includes Sam praying for hope from God, what appears to be a bloody plague, a scary-looking clown visiting someone in the hospital, Castiel being chased as well as tortured, and Dean whipping the Impala around in a complete 180.

“It begins October 7” flashes text as the trailer fades to black.

Supernatural season 11 premieres Wednesday, October 7 at 9:00 p.m. ET on The CW.
