Supernatural‘s king of hell is making his way to New York for an arc on White Collar.

Mark Sheppard, who plays the demon Crowley on Supernatural, will have a “substantial” arc in White Collar‘s fifth season, reports the Huffington Post.

Sheppard will reprise his role as Curtis Hagen, an art forger also known as “The Dutchman,” from the veteran USA drama’s pilot. FBI agent Peter Burke (Tim DeKay) and his CI Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer) caught him on the first case they worked together.

Hagen’s arc is set to span seven episodes when Neal seeks him out to help Peter, who was framed for shooting a senator at the end of season 4. Hagen’s help, however, will not be free. His price may put Neal back on the criminal path he’s been trying to escape from.

Hagen’s forgeries were among some of the best the FBI’s white collar crime division had ever seen, requiring the know-how of a former forger (Neal) to catch him. In the pilot, Hagen was involved in counterfeiting both the Canadian $100 bill and 1944 Spanish Victory Bonds.

As the foremost expert on restoring the art of Spanish painter Francisco Goya, Hagen used copies of a Spanish version of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to fraudulently reproduce the bonds.

“It’s such a gift to be able to revisit a character like Hagen,” Sheppard said. “It’s so much fun to come back after four years and stir the pot a little.”

Despite this lengthy arc, Supernatural fans need not worry about missing Crowley when the show returns in October. Season 9 will spend “a lot of time” with the demon, who was deeply affected by nearly being cured in the season 8 finale.

White Collar season 5 premieres this fall on USA.
