Fresh off the heels of her adventures LARPing on Supernatural, Felicia Day has booked her return for later in season 8.
TVLine is reporting that Day, who plays fangirl hacker Charlie Bradbury, will return toward the end of the season.
Day also tweeted out confirmation of her return:

According to TVLine, Charlie will be bringing a case to Sam and Dean this time around. This is a major difference from her previous two encounters with the Winchesters in which she was pulled unwittingly into the world of the supernatural.
In season 7’s “The Girl with the Dungeons and Dragons Tattoo,” the Winchesters allied with her in their effort to take down Dick Roman because she worked at Roman Industries. In her most recent episode, “LARP and the Real Girl,” Charlie was involved in a LARPing game that turned deadly when one of the players summoned a fairy to kill other LARPers.
Day is also a Whedon alum, having roles in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog, and Dollhouse. She is also well-known for her web series, The Guild, which she created and stars in.
Supernatural airs Wednesdays nights at 9:00 p.m. ET on The CW.
