A huge spoiler for the episode is revealed in this sneak peek, so proceed at your own risk.

According to the synopsis, this episode will see Sam attempting to complete the second trial for closing the gates of Hell permanently after he and Dean “respond to a call from Kevin, who is terrified after hearing Crowley’s voice in his head.”

It turns out that the second trial is rescuing an innocent soul from Hell – and the Winchesters are shocked to learn that someone they know very well is the one in need of saving from Crowley’s clutches.

“After hearing Kevin’s news, Sam and Dean team up with a reaper named Ajay, who helps them deal with the second trial from the Tablet.” As we see in the clip above, Ajay is a familiar face, having appeared in season 7’s “Death’s Door.” In exchange for helping get Sam into Hell to complete the trial, Ajay wants the Winchesters to owe him a favor.

“Meanwhile, Dean receives a visit from Naomi and realizes he must find Benny and ask for a huge favor.” Naomi, we’re guessing, is still looking for Castiel, who went rogue and stole the angel tablet to keep it away from both Heaven and Hell.

However, we’re curious as to what Benny could do for Dean, especially since, judging from the promo (see below), his request seems to relate to the second trial.
