Supernatural season 11, episode 2, “Form and Void,” airs tonight, as the brothers split up to confront separate conflicts.

The Road So Far

When The Darkness descended on the Earth, it took the form of a woman, who saved Dean. She told him they were bonded and would protect one another. After the brothers reunited, they found themselves in the pilot of The Walking Dead with a mysterious outbreak infecting people. They ran into a deputy, Jenna, who was injured. They brought her to the hospital to stitch her up, and there they ran into a man whose wife had died giving birth.

However, he was in the beginning stages of infection, so he asked Jenna to protect his daughter, Amara. While Sam held off the zombie-like creatures — getting infected himself in the process — Dean escaped with Jenna and Amara. However, Amara bore a mark much like the Mark of Cain.

Meanwhile, Crowley smoked out of his body to avoid being killed by Castiel. He had himself a good time before getting aid from his lackeys and returning to his body. Meanwhile, Castiel, who was on the run while fighting the attack dog spell, was captured by two angels.
