Supergirl season 2 has cast The 100 and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. alum Dichen Lachman as the villain Roulette.

Lachman had recently been spotted on the Supergirl set in a red dress, and now ComicBook.com has confirmed that she will be playing Roulette.

The CW’s synopsis for the character reads, “Based on the classic DC Comics character, Roulette runs an underground alien fight club in National City and she is eager to get Supergirl in the ring.”

In the DC Comics, Roulette, aka Veronica Sinclair, is the daughter of one of Mr. Terrific’s rogues, Debra Sinclair. She runs a casino, named The House, that houses a gladiatorial ring that features fights between captive superheroes while supervillains bet on the outcome.

She ran The House with her husband for a period, but after she discovered him cheating on her, she had him killed by leaving him in the arena.

In the comics, she is an adversary of the Justice Society of America — which, perhaps coincidentally, will be appearing on Legends of Tomorrow this season.

She was created by Geoff Johns and Rags Morales. She first appeared in 2001’s JSA Secret Files and Origins #2. She has a dragon tattoo that runs across her leg, torso and arm; she wears a dress that best shows it off.

Besides appearing as Anya in The 100 and Jiaying on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Lachman’s numerous credits include The Last Ship, Shameless and Dollhouse.

Lachman joins Supergirl season 2 newcomers Tyler Hoechlin (Clark Kent/Superman), Lynda Carter (president of the United States), Ian Gomez (Snapper Carr), Floriana Lima (Maggie Sawyer), Sharon Leal (Miss Martian) and Chris Wood (Mon-El).

Supergirl season 2 premieres Monday, October 10 at 8:00 p.m. ET on The CW.
