Alicia Keys will be singing the national anthem during Super Bowl XLVII’s pre-game show, CBS and the NFL announced in a statement today.

Keys has performed twice now at the Super Bowl, and February 3rd’s game–who’s match-up will be decided this Sunday–will mark a record for Keys for most performances by a single artist in the history of the game.

The multiple Grammy award winner performed “America the Beautiful” in 2005 and was part of 2008’s Super Bowl pre-game festivities.

The “Girl on Fire” singer will be center stage as the pre-game show is broadcast worldwide.

Last year’s Super Bowl drew in 111.3 million viewers in the United States making history as the most-watched television program.

Super Bowl XLVII’s musical schedule is sure to attract even more viewers as Keys will kick off the celebration while Beyonce will be performing during the Pepsi Super Bowl XLVII Halftime Show.

As we eagerly await Keys’ pre-game show performance on Super Bowl Sunday, let’s take a look at her previous stints on the nation’s largest game day.

During Keys’ first Super Bowl performance, the singer-songwriter teamed up with the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind, paying tribute to Ray Charles in a beautiful performance of “America the Beautiful.”

In 2008, Keys made her second appearance during Super Bowl XLII’s pre-game show in Arizona. During this performance, the songstress belted out a medley of some of her biggest hits including “Fallin’,” “If I Ain’t Got You,” and “No One.”

Super Bowl XLVII will take place on February 3 live from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans.
