Charles Barkley visits Suits this week and Mike makes a move that makes us question his judgement tonight on Suits season 5, episode 3, “No Refills.”

This won’t be the first time Suits has grabbed a big name in the sports world, as many athletes tend to be fans of the show. But this will be the first time Charles Barkley, NBA commentator, will appear on the show. He will play himself this week, and for one other time in Suits season 5, as Harvey’s client.

Meanwhile this week, it looks like Mike is learning that you shouldn’t mix family and work — especially if ‘family’ is your soon-to-be father-in-law, and ‘work’ is fraudulently practicing law. We are excited to see what Jessica and Rachel’s scenes will look like tonight, but we hope the “unusual assignment” isn’t something as pithy has “spying on her father and fiancé.”

The synopsis for ‘No Refills’ points to Robert’s potential involvement this season:

“Harvey brings some star power to his ongoing conflict with Jack Soloff — a conflict that Louis and Donna can’t seem to stay clear of. Mike brings in Robert Zane to co-counsel a case, pitting his instincts as a lawyer against his desire to stay in his future father-in-law’s good graces. And while Jessica mediates between Mike and Zane, she tasks Rachel with an unusual assignment.”
