Suits season 3, episode 12, “Yesterday’s Gone,” airs tonight at 9 p.m. ET on USA Network. What can we expect? Check out the synopsis, stills and a preview for tonight’s episode.

Harvey said in last week’s mid-season premiere, “Buried Secrets,” that he won’t fight to take over Jessica’s role as managing partner, but he might not have been completely truthful. At the time, he was still trying to get Scottie’s foot in the door and would have said just about anything to make Jessica happy.

Meanwhile, Louis’ suspicions about Mike were slightly abated when he received Mike’s official Harvard transcript. But that changed (once again) when Louis saw that Mike received an A+ in a class whose professor notoriously never gives above an A.

From the sneak peek (second video below), we see Louis might reconsider selling Mike out, given Rachel’s testimony. He can be easily swayed, just as Rachel can be very persuasive. Does the kinship he and Mike once felt with each other when working on the same team mean anything to him now that he knows Mike is a fraud?

We know that nothing bad could truly happen to Mike because, well, Suits has been renewed for season 4 and it seems unlikely the writers would relocate the show to a place such as a prison cell or a competition firm.

The official synopsis for ‘Yesterday’s Gone’ is:

Both Mike and Jessica lean on Harvey for support when things from their respective pasts throw them off their game.

What do you think? Will Louis really expose Mike for the fraud he is? Or will his loyalty to the firm be tested beyond anything we’ve already seen?
