This August we’ll finally be able to enjoy a fun DC movie — and it’s all thanks to the most recent Suicide Squad trailer.

The latest trailer for Suicide Squad depicts a bunch of fun scenes which make the new villain-centric DC movie starring The Joker, Harley Quinn, and an assortment of other villains a highly-anticipated one. Check out the trailer below to see what we mean.

Pretty good, right? Maybe it’s too good. According to Birth Movies Death, “every joke” in the movie appears in that trailer. In light of the positive response to the preview, which has amassed over 43 million views, Warner Brothers has decided to spend “tens of millions of dollars” to shoot additional scenes which will supposedly make the movie “funnier.”

The reshoots are reportedly already underway. “I understand that the reshoots are happening right now, as recently as this week,” the report states. “They’re adding more humor and lightness into the film.”

This will come as good news to those who A) Want to see Suicide Squad live up to the bar its setting for itself in the promotional material, and B) Didn’t enjoy the dark tone of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. (By the way: Maybe we didn’t get a new Suicide Squad trailer with Batman v Superman because they ran out of good material to use that lived up to the earlier previews.)

Speaking of the Justice League, filming on Part 1 under the direction of Zack Snyder is expected to start very soon, and the same report says WB will be “much more involved this time around.” How will they influence the movie? Time will tell.

Suicide Squad is slated to hit theaters August 5, 2016 and stars Will Smith, Jared Leto, Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, Viola Davis, Jai Courtney, Jay Hernandez, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, and Ike Barinholtz.
