Someone from Justice League was added to Suicide Squad during reshoots. If you can’t wait another week to discover who, find out below!

Suicide Squad premieres next week, on August 5, but we’re only just now hearing about a major Justice League character who found themselves in a role in the upcoming movie.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ezra Miller will be making a cameo in DC’s forthcoming Suicide Squad film. Miller, of course, plays Barry Allen/The Flash.

Interestingly, according to THR’s sources, the cameo won’t be an after credits scene, but will rather be an actual part of the movie. Whether or not it ties directly into the events of Justice League or is there solely for the benefit of Suicide Squad is unknown.

Either way, it’s interesting to note that Miller’s Flash will be crossing over. The first time we saw him was in Batman v Superman, when he made a brief appearance to Bruce Wayne, warning him of a future event. Considering The Flash is able to travel in time, it’s possible we could be seeing something similar in Suicide Squad that will lead up to what is occurring in Justice League.

And speaking of Justice League, we just got our first major look at Miller as Barry Allen in the first trailer for the film. If you’re a fan of The CW television series, you’ll see plenty of similarities in Barry’s characterization, that of an awkward and energetic guy. You’ll also see plenty of differences, especially if you take a close look at each of the suits.

Fans of the TV show have been hesitant to embrace Ezra Miller as their film Flash if only because Grant Gustin has done a phenomenal job of bringing this character to life for the modern audiences. But Gustin has praised Miller’s version of Barry, and the trailer has done much to assuage the wariness of many members of the audience.

What do you think The Flash will get up to in ‘Suicide Squad’?
