Steven Moffat took time out from writing the Doctor Who Christmas Special to talk to BBC5 radio about Doctor Who, Sherlock, and his BAFTA award.

Steven Moffat is his usual circumspect self, but he did drop a few things such as a comment on working with the new Companion. “Jenna [Louise-Coleman] is wonderful, and spiky and salty and clever.”

Additionally, Moffat had high praise for Andrew Scott, who just picked up a BAFTA as Best Supporting Actor. Scott plays Moriarity in Sherlock.

Also, in case you are wondering what happens when they get to Doctor number 13, don’t worry, Moffat has a plan!

Did you agree with Steven Moffat that audiences want more complex stories?
