With roughly a month to go until The Late Show with Stephen Colbert premieres on CBS, the incoming late night talk show host has released three great promos.

These three new commercials for Colbert’s Late Show confirm once again that the host will be keeping his same sense of humor. The only difference is that he’ll be dropping the conservative talk show host character he built on Report.

In this second promo, Colbert impresses 2% of the viewers with a magic trick:

And finally, this third promo invokes some nostalgia and back-to-school fever by name checking Trapper Keepers. Legendary interviewer Charlie Rose also makes a little cameo. Network synergy: Rose hosts CBS’ morning talk show CBS This Morning with Gayle King and Norah O’Donnell.

Get ready to go back to the School of Stephen! The Late Show with Stephen Colbert premieres September 8 on CBS.
