Lucasfilm has released the main poster for Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

The poster features all of the lead characters including Han Solo (Harrison Ford), Leia (Carrie Fisher), Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie), Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac), Rey (Daisy Ridley), Finn (John Boyega), R2-D2, and lots of Stormtroopers. Even BB-8 makes an appearance!

Transportation wise, the poster even features (what appears to be) the Death Star and the Millennium Falcon.

Notably missing? Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill). Hmmmm.

One of the most striking aspects of the poster is Rey (Ridley) and Finn (Boyega) taking center stage and holding back the dark side.

What do you think of the poster?

Disney also confirmed the rumors we told you about on Friday: The Force Awaken’s trailer “will debut on ESPN’s Monday Night Football on Monday, October 19, during halftime of the National Football League (NFL) game between the New York Giants and the Philadelphia Eagles in Philadelphia. The game starts at 5:15 p.m. PDT/8:15 p.m. EDT,” writes the studio.

Tickets will go on sale shortly after the trailer debuts on television. You’ll want to make sure you grab your tickets as quickly as possible to ensure you get the screening you want. As you can imagine, theaters are probably going to be very full the first week or two.

We, of course, will share the trailer as soon as it’s released Monday night.

The Force Awakens hits theaters this Christmas.
