Get ready for “Force Friday,” the big day when Star Wars: The Force Awakens merchandise hits stores… hey, we’ll take what we can get until the actual movie comes out!

Star Wars: The Force Awakens doesn’t premiere until December 18, but a few months before, we can start stocking up on the official merchandise (which is bound to reveal lots of character/prop/costume details!).

The merch will hit stores on September 4, 2015, the date Disney has dubbed “Force Friday.” They’re making something of an event out of the big merchandise launch, too, with Disney stores and major retailers across the world opening at midnight to unveil all the new products.

Variety lists books, toys, comics, collectibles, apps, apparel and ebooks among the many different items that’ll be available for the upcoming Episode VII.

Disney Consumer Products’ executive vice president of global licensing, Josh Silverman, says in a statement, “Every lightsaber, every action figure, every LEGO set tells a story for generations of Star Wars fans, and this global event is a celebration of those stories. We’re excited to be part of the countdown to this enormous movie moment.”

As a small teaser, check out this new packaging featuring The Force Awakens villain Kylo Ren:

We don’t know about you, but we’re most excited to get our hands on a BB8 droid replica… hopefully in working order!

Yesterday, Vanity Fair released a behind-the-scenes video from their Star Wars: The Force Awakens cover shoot, which potentially reveals Adam Driver’s character (hint: look up).

More from the Vanity Fair shoot is expected today, May 4, the official Star Wars day. #Maythe4thBeWithYou.
