Spider-Man: Homecoming star Tom Holland has confirmed that filming has wrapped on the upcoming Marvel epic.

Tom Holland’s Peter Parker made his Marvel debut in last spring’s superhero extravaganza Captain America: Civil War..

The Spider-Man solo film, titled Homecoming, will see a high school-aged Peter Parker fighting crime, assisted by Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) himself.

Tom Holland announced the end of production on Instagram, with the caption “Our last day on @spidermanhomecoming and this how we are feeling but we got this hahah ?”

If the photo’s 90k likes are any indication, this movie is going to be a smash hit success for Sony and Marvel, who reached their infamous agreement in early 2015 to allow Spider-Man — a Sony property — to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Spider-Man’s “Homecoming” is celebrated with a planned trilogy, over which Marvel Studios has full creative control. Joining Holland on Spidey’s high school adventures are Zendaya (who’s allegedly playing Mary-Jane Parker), Donald Glover, Marisa Tomei, Michael Keaton, Logan Marshall-Green, Angourie Rice and Martin Starr.

Filming has primarily taken place in Atlanta, but the cast and crew recently picked up in New York City, where the movie takes place. Recently released set photos show Tom Holland in his full Spider-Man getup, just ‘hanging out’:

Spider-Man: Homecoming is directed by Jon Watts and premieres July 7, 2017.

Before Spider-Man’s first outing in the MCU, however, we’ve got Doctor Strange on November 4, followed by Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol 2 on May 5, 2017. After Spider-Man comes Thor: Ragnarok, set for release on November 11, 2017.
