On tonight’s SYTYCD, we’ll see the top 16 dancers take the stage for our votes, as well as a special performance from Lucy Hale.

The field has been narrowed down to 16 super-talented dancers, and after some not-completely-surprising eliminations last week, the dancers are really going to have to work their butts off to put on a performance that will stick in America’s memory and earn them some votes.

Guest judge Misty Copeland will be sticking around this week, for her third consecutive week on the panel, and fourth appearance this season. And while the ballerina certainly knows her dance and has a lot of helpful comments for the contestants, isn’t the purpose of having that “guest judge” slot so that different guest judges can rotate in and out? What about last season’s standouts: Jenna Elfman, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and Anna Kendrick? Just dear God, not Paula Abdul again. Misty can stay forever if it’s between her or Paula Abdul. Or what about the days when some of our favorite choreographers joined the judging panel? No season of SYTYCD is complete without hitting it’s required number of Adam Shankman emotional sobfests.

In addition to the dancing performances, we’ll also be treated to a performance from Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale, of her new single “Lie A Little Better,” off her new album Road Between. Check out the song below:
