NBC has announced that SNL will air 2 election specials this September ahead of the 2012 U.S. elections.
Speaking at the Television Critics Association, NBC announced that Saturday Night Live will air the 2 live primetime specials on Thursday, September 20th and 27th, just a few weeks ahead of Election Day in the United States.
No word on whether Tina Fey will reprise her iconic role as Sarah Palin this year.
