Last night Michael Keaton hosted SNL with musical guest Carly Rae Jepsen. Check out this recap of hilarious sketches from last night’s show.

The cold open for the night featured satire about college students playing basketball and maintaining their grades while performing as athletes in the NCAA. SNL is once again saying what we are all thinking in this sketch:

In a musical opening that will leave Batman and Beetlejuice fans cheering at their TVs, Keaton played along while Taran Killam and Bobby Moynihan begged for him to reprise his iconic roles with them. Check out the opening below:

In the first sketch of the night, SNL spoofed CNN’s reenactment segments on its daytime news broadcasts featuring puppets, a dance troupe and 3D reenactments.

Mike O’Brien returned with one of his prerecorded digital sketches where he had to ask his teacher, played by Michael Keaton, to the prom, which is just as awkward as you might think.

Taran Killam brought everyone an early Easter gift: another sketch on Weekend Update as Jebediah Atkinson.

The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus showed up to talk about weed and zombies with SNL’s Resident Young Person, Pete Davidson.

Carly Rae Jepsen took over as musical guest and performed the songs “I Really Like You” and “All That.” Check out the performance of her hit single “I Really Like You.”

Next week Empire star Taraji P. Henson will host SNL with musical guest Mumford and Sons.
