Last night Anna Kendrick hosted SNL with musical guest Pharrell. Check out a recap of the episode, which was one of the more entertaining ones of the season thus far.

The cold open of SNL kicked things off with a hilarious spoof of a recent GM controversy where Kate McKinnon played a rather ignorant CEO.

In what was one of the best musical theater monologues ever, Kendrick brought the whole cast on stage to sing a song from Beauty and the Beast, but with a bit of a twist:

SNL also spoofed Fox News again, focusing on things like Obamacare and climate change.

In the all-female digital short, Anna Kendrick lead a group of self proclaimed nasty girls on a world wide trip to find as many dongs as they could. It also features a cameo by Icona Pop!

Kendrick and Aidy Bryant played a scene with the Little Mermaid where Kendrick makes fun of Ke$ha, Britney Spears and Selena Gomez, just to name a few. The sketch is hilarious and features one of the best sets on SNL all season!

Pharrell brought down the house with two great performances. The first was his hit “Happy” that featured some kid performers on stage. The second was his song “Marilyn Monroe,” which featured famous composer Hans Zimmer.

Bobby Moynihan played the author of Game of Thrones, George R.R. Martin, in a hilarious spoof on Weekend Update:

In another sketch, Pharrell played himself where he was auditioning back up singers. Unfortunately for one of them, Pharrell wasn’t interested in their package deal.
