Tonight actress Anna Kendrick will host Saturday Night Live for the first time in her career.
Kendrick is best known for her role in Pitch Perfect where she sang and performed the Top 100 hit “Cups.” Check out that song/video below:
Joining Kendrick for his SNL debut as a solo act is worldwide sensation Pharrell. Kendrick and Pharrell teamed up this week for some hilarious promotional videos for SNL. Check those out here:
Kendrick’s is slated to appear in several movies for the rest of 2014, including a big screen adaptation to the Broadway musical “The Last 5 Years.” She is also slated to appear in Pitch Perfect 2 which was announced earlier this year. Rebel Wilson will also be returning.

Saturday Night Live airs Saturday, April 5 at 11:30 p.m. eastern/pacific on NBC.
