Skylar Grey and Eminem visited a trailer park to film the singer’s music video for “C’Mon Let Me Ride.”

The 26-year-old singer, songwriter and producer, previously known as Holly Brook, is promoting her upcoming album, “Don’t Look Down,” due in 2013 and executive produced by Slim Shady. She has previously lent her voice for Dr. Dre’s “I Need a Doctor” and wrote the hook for the Rihanna/Eminem hit “Love The Way You Lie.”

“We’re in some strange little village in Michigan. It’s actually not a village. It’s more like a trailer park,” Grey says to start off the teaser.

The footage then cuts to an excitable resident (or extra?) pointing out the trailers where her family members live.

“Why does everyone think I’m from a f-ing trailer park?” Eminem asks in the video. “Why can I not break that stereotype? I’ve lived in them, yes, many of them for many years, but that doesn’t mean I’m from a trailer park.”

Watch the hilarious or ridiculous (fine line, right?) video teaser below.

The official music video is due Dec. 11 along with the song download, but the lyrics video is out now.

Speaking of Eminem, he joined Adam Levine on 50 Cent’s new track, “My Life” – the lead single off his upcoming (and much delayed) album, Street King Immortal.
